I work for an SEO business and I would say that 75% of our clients are HVAC dealers.

That means I am making heating and cooling websites basically all day long.

I also deal with HVAC business owners. These are typical white males in their late 50s. They aren’t the best kind of customer. They don’t really get what they are paying for and understand that I am the expert here. They always want to supply blurry images to be put on the website, have dumb sayings and mess with my coding on the actual website. They typically end up with a worse product when they get involved. My company has slowly started creeping into cannabis dispensaries. More and more of our clients are dispensaries. They are so much better to deal with. Those business owners are much younger and familiar with SEO. They know why they need internet marketing and what exactly it is. They also are much more chill to deal with. I can make a website and not expect any changes from their end. If they do supply pictures or content, it is typically quite high end. The dispensaries offer some really cool services too. I can write about dab bars, vape lounges, a cannabis hair care line, you name it. There is just more fodder with a dispensary. We don’t have too many clients though. That is why it is like a dog fight with other workers to have them as a customer. Eventually I think our company will only cater to marijuana dispensaries.

There are more than just pot brownies when it comes to edibles.

It is like that is the only form of food based cannabis they can come up with.

There are mints, gums and tablets you can take. You also have hard candy, suckers, gummies and other sugary products. There are more baked goods than brownies. Some cannabis dispensaries even have an on site bakery where they make them. Cookies, cakes, pies and chocolates all can have cannabis infused in them. There are even cannabutters and cooking oils. For me, I prefer a cannabis beverage. Cannabis drinks are just so much better. I don’t want the calories with the food based items. I also don’t like that they can expire and taste gross. A can of soda just stays fresh that much longer. It is neater to store and most people don’t get that it is a weed based product. At work I have a mini fridge under my desk. I drink a cannabis beverage in order to keep me mellow and focused during the day. I have quite a few drink options loaded underneath me. I have all sorts of flavors too. You can have lime, cherry, strawberry or grape. I tend to rotate which one I have. There are even more milky, chocolate based drink options too. I prefer it when it tastes just like a soda and is in a can. That is the easiest and typically the cheapest option at the cannabis dispensary near me. I get just high enough that I am mellow, but not so bad that I can’t function.

 

Medical cannabis

When my husband and I decided to vacation in a different state, we looked for different things to do.

We were near a beach and decided to stay at a resort on the water.

We shopped in high end areas, got massages and rode scooters on the boardwalk. That was fun. Another thing the state offered was legal weed. Our state only medical cannabis is permitted. My husband and I weren’t sure how we felt about cannabis. However, the two of us agreed to at least stopping in a dispensary and seeing what it was all about. I am really glad we did this. I kind of thought a cannabis dispensary would be more like a gas station or a seedy pawn shop. Instead a cannabis dispensary was more like a high end retail shop. There were glass cases filled with all different products. There were sales going on and all sorts of bright colors. It was very clean, modern and edgy looking in there. The budtenders were wandering around chatting with people and offering advice too. My husband and I didn’t plan on buying, but it was such a good set up. I ended up choosing some chocolates with THC in them and my husband tried vaping a cannabis oil for the first time. We really enjoyed touring the dispensary. Afterwards we really liked the products we had. I never thought I would like being high. The budtender started us out with very mellow products though. Neither of us got overwhelmed. It was a great experience for sure.

It is funny how views on marijuana have changed.

When I was a kid I remember sitting in assemblies about the dangers of drugs.

There was a section for each illegal drug and it talked all about the horrible side effects. Former addicts then would talk about how their lives were ruined due to drugs. Cannabis was one of them. Weed was negatively pushed so hard to me throughout school I was honestly a bit scared of it. I never partook in cannabis in high school. That was basically saying I didn’t want to get hooked on something harder and die. In college cannabis started to get less of a bad reputation, but I still wasn’t planning to throw my future away. By the time I graduated college the tone of cannabis had changed. Suddenly there were people talking about the medical uses for it. Chemotherapy patients were medical weed patients. More and more states were pushing for medical marijuana. Now cannabis is just like taking prescription pills. There are states now offering recreational cannabis. I have friends that take cannabis oil to sleep, a topical for muscle pain or smoke cannabis flower for depression. Cannabis has been shown to do wonderful things for people. It is from a plant and offers great benefits. I still haven’t tried weed yet, but I am not totally against it like I was. It is amazing how different their world views cannabis now. I am guessing the government has now realized how much money there is to be made in it.

Live resin cannabis concentrates are very expensive.

Live resin cannabis concentrates are usually extracted using a method that preserves the flavor and aroma of the plants.

Love roses are more expensive because the extraction process is more difficult. Cheaper cannabis concentrates use CO2 or butane hash oil to extract resin from the plants. The product that comes out after these harsh chemicals are used is definitely not as potent or flavorful as the live resin products that have been extracted using heat or cold. Cold pressed live rosin is the best product on the market. Cold pressed live resin can be up to $80 for a single gram. The only time I can afford to buy live resin cannabis concentrate is when they are on sale. Sometimes I can find products that are 50 or $60. If I can find a cannabis concentrate that is a cold pressed live resin product for that price, then I would be more likely to buy the product. When I can find a sale that is buy one and get one for free or even half off, it is worth the money to go to the dispensary. A few weeks ago, I was visiting some friends in a nearby City and we went to a dispensary before we went to the club. The dispensary had a huge sale on live resin concentrate. I wanted to go crazy and buy 8 grams, but I didn’t want them to sit in the car the whole time we were in the dance club. I went back the next day to purchase the live resin, but they didn’t have them on sale anymore.
