Figuring out how to rent to a marijuana delivery company

My fiance and I own several weird buildings in the city; there are lots of weird dealers that pay rent to have an office in these buildings.

One building has a dry cleaning shop, laundromat, and spa, however another building has an accountant and tax service company, and we also own a building that is home to a recreational marijuana delivery service shop! I secured the building where the recreational marijuana delivery service shop is located about 15 years ago.

At that time, there were absolutely no dealers in the area and real estate was super cheap. I kept the building up to code and I made sure that the section was ready for a person to move into the building at any time. When I mentioned to the owner of the recreational marijuana delivery service, I did not recognize it was going to be an unquestionably good plan to rent to the company owner. I sincerely wasn’t sure if I wanted to get wrapped up in recreational marijuana delivery, and even though it is entirely legal in the state, federally the lines are not clear. I did not want my building to be seized or any funds that I made from the business. I decided to talk to my legal console, because the owner of the marijuana delivery service absolutely wanted the space. She was willing to pay for 5 years up front if I would sign a 9-year lease. I did not have any offers on the building that were near that good and I thought it would be helpful to get an honorable opinion from someone with knowledge and expertise in that particular law field.

I ordered marijuana and had it delivered to my house

These days, you can have almost anything delivered right to your home.

If you want to pay the right price, you can get anything at all on the internet.

Since the pandemic, delivery services are at an all-time high. Restaurants, grocery stores, and bars did not have to offer delivery services in the past in order to compete with other places. That changed a great deal when the pandemic hit, because suddenly everyone had to offer delivery services in order to compete. We never had marijuana delivery services until just recently. Marijuana delivery services were only available if you lived outside of the regular delivery zone and then only if you ordered more than $200 worth of items. When the pandemic began, almost every single marijuana dispensary in the area started offering delivery services. Most of those places offered delivery services for no fee at all. I remember the first time that I ordered marijuana and had it delivered to my house. I thought my neighbors were going to know that I had a medical marijuana card, but the driver showed up just like he was there to deliver pizza. He pulled into the driveway and brought the bag up to the house. The transaction was actually relatively easy without any problems at all. I paid for all of the items and the driver took a picture of my license. It took about 5 minutes or less to complete the entire transaction. It’s much more convenient to be able to order marijuana and have it delivered right to your front door.

Cannabis products

The infused pre rolls were on sale last week

Last week I got paid and I decided to order some supplies from the recreational and medical marijuana shop.

  • I went to the website to see what kind of products they had available on sale.

They had a couple of different types of marijuana flower that were priced low and they also had some cannabis concentrates that were on sale. All of the infused pre-rolls were on sale that day. The infused pre-roll singles and all of the infused pre-roll packs were on sale. They were 20% off and that is a pretty big savings, so I decided to grab a couple of items. I picked out an infused marijuana pre-roll that had bubble hash, marijuana kief, and top shelf flower. It was rolled in terpenes and flavonoids and there was marijuana flower on the outside of the joint as well. I picked out a flavored infused marijuana pre-roll that was grapes. I waited until I got home to try the marijuana pre-roll. It was pretty high in total cannabinoids and I did not want to drive after smoking it. I sat outside on the front porch with a glass of sweet tea and the joint. I barely made it through half of the joint before I had to put it out in the ashtray. It was a lot more powerful than I expected and I was high off of a half of a joint. It usually takes a whole joint for me to feel any effects and sometimes I will even smoke a second joint if the flower isn’t very good. For the price that I paid, I would say this was a really good deal.

THC mouth spray

I have pretty bad anxiety when it comes to speaking in public.

I get nervous, sweaty and awkward.

I also get really upset right before I am going to public speak. For a while it wasn’t a big deal. I never seemed to need to speak in public. I then got a promotion at work that required me to present to potential buyers and subordinates in my department. I was concerned that I would need to turn it down due to the public speaking. Thankfully I did some research on how to help my anxiety. Someone recommended that I attempt medical weed. I did all the steps to get a medical cannabis card. I wasn’t optimistic that the medical cannabis was going to work. But I thought I would give it a try. I have had nothing but wonderful experiences in the field of medical weed. The doctor that prescribed it to me was amazing. He explained about flower vs oil and what would work best for me. Then the budtender in the medical marijuana dispensary was great. I talked about wanting something a little discreet. I didn’t want it to be obvious that I needed to get high in order to talk in public. I also didn’t want to smell like cannabis. The budtender actually got me a THC infused mouth spray. It looks like normal breath spray. I just spritz it a few times right before I am going to speak. It keeps me calm and relaxed. I am able to clearly articulate what I want to say and sound intelligent.

Changing to a cannabis oil

I used to be all about the flower form of cannabis.

For my anxiety I figured that was best.

I would sometimes roll a joint, pack a bowl or the occasional hookah. I liked that it was a process to smoking. I liked the variety flower offered in the way of flavor, mouth feel and smell. I then got sick of all the work involved. I didn’t like that it wasn’t exactly portable either. The worst was the smell. Everyone knew when I smoked. I am a medical weed patient, but I still got some bad looks from people. The odor hung around on my clothing, hair and skin. It wasn’t exactly professional or classy. When my medical weed card was ready to be renewed, I talked to my doctor about something other than flowers. He then gave me a script for oil form. The budtender at the meical weed sipsenary really hooked me up. He told me that the oil form was actually better for me since it burns away all the carcinogens. It also doesn’t create a smell that lingers on me. The oil form is easier to smoke as well. You just load the cartridge, press the button and it heats the oil. It is easy to load and change cartridges either. The oil form works just as well as the flower. I don’t get as much mouthfeel and taste, but that is okay. I am just relieved to have a product that is easy to use, discreet and works well for my issues.
