I haven’t smoked marijuana in years

I was floored by the vast array of cannabis products they had for sale.

I had never been to Oregon before, but I found the state to be beautiful to look at. There is a very chill vibe in that part of the country. I was on the coast for a week, as a consultant to a new branch the company had just opened. I am a “fixer” helping the new shops get established and ready to handle a high volume of sales. While I was there, I decided to live out a dream and indulge in recreational cannabis. Where I come from marjuana is still illegal, making it one of the few places in America where there is no form of legal weed. I haven’t smoked cannabis in years, but lately I had been missing it, so I wanted to have some fun while I was on this work trip. This was my first trip inside a real cannabis dispensary, because they didn’t exist back in the old days. I was floored by the vast array of cannabis products they had for sale. I don’t just mean different strains of sativa and indica, which I expected, but all the other variations on weed! There are cannabis edibles, pills, drinks, oils, waxes, vape products, and things I can’t even identify! I spent a long while looking around, but ultimately I went to the counter and bought a fat sack of cannabis sativa. I wanted to relive my glory days, and the best way to do that was to twist up a few joints of good, old-fashioned marijuana. I got my work done, but importantly I had an amazing experience.

We disagreed on the subject of marijuana legalization

I do not smoke legal medical cannabis, because the government in this state is very strict.

If I had the money, I would gladly move somewhere else, but that simply is not an option.

Besides, just because weed isn’t legal doesn’t mean it isn’t readily available. In the old days they called it “the war on drugs” but the government lost that war. People like drugs, and are willing to spend money on them, so they will be available no matter what the law says. This is capitalism in action, right? I would like it if there were a legal cannabis dispensary, just for the sake of convenience, but if I have to keep buying from Jimbo, then so be it. Jimbo and I used to go to high school together, way back in the old days, and he was a cannabis dealer then, as well. People used to say that Jimbo had no future because all he cared about was marijuana. The joke is on them, because I still know most of those nay-sayers, and Jimbo makes a lot more money selling marijuana than they do at their square jobs. I am a car mechanic, and I make decent money, but if I had it to do over again I would start selling marijuana like Jimbo! He told me the other day that he always votes against the legalization of marijuana. Jimbo thinks that if there are legal recreational cannabis dispensaries then he will make a lot less money. I see his point, but I will still keep voting to legalize cannabis any chance I get.

I'm not supposed to smoke at all

There are a lot of people that split the rules of my condo complex… For instance we are not supposed to have grills of any kind on our balconies or inside of our units.

The mindset is that a grill, whether it’s charcoal or gas, can lead to a serious fire in a multi-story building.

I took this for granted when I lived in a dorm room in school. I even had a charcoal grill that I used a couple times despite the rules from the school’s administration, and but now that I live in an condo complex, I realize that it just takes 1 bad actor to burn down the entire site. Even if both of us managed to all get out alive, both of us would all lose our entire lives to 1 stupid and avoidable mistake, however so in that respect, I understand that’s why they don’t want people to be using grills on their balconies. However, if you are going to allow people to smoke cigarettes on their balconies, it makes actually no sense to forestimate people from using medical cannabis. There are stupid rules in the bylaws for the condo complex that make it illegal to smoke marijuana in your room or on your balcony even if you have a medical cannabis card registered with the state. I suppose love this is a serious example of discrimination on part of these unscrupulous condo managers. I just use a vaporizer inside of my equipment and deliver the middle finger to the condo managers in passing. I easily don’t care what they have to say and I would be willing to take them to court if they ever threaten to throw me out over my medicine. I’m not a recreational cannabis user, I use marijuana for medical purposes. It’s pure discrimination to forestimate me from using it in my unit.

I'm not supposed to smoke marijuana on our balcony

There are a lot of people that chop the rules of our house complex, but for instance we’re not supposed to have grills of any kind on our balconies or inside of our units. The mindset is that a grill, whether it’s charcoal or gas, can lead to a extreme fire in a multi-story building. I took this for granted when I lived in a dorm room in college. I even had a charcoal grill that I used a couple times despite the rules from the college’s administration, and but now that I live in an house complex, I realize that it just takes one terrible actor to burn down the entire venue, then even if we managed to all get out alive, we would all lose our entire lives to one stupid as well as avoidable mistake. So in that respect, I understand that’s why they do not want people to be using grills on their balconies. However, if you’re going to allow people to smoke cigarettes on their balconies, it makes undoubtedly no sense to forestimate people from using medical cannabis. There are stupid rules in the bylaws for the house complex that make it illegal to smoke marijuana in your room or on your balcony even if you have a medical cannabis card registered with the state. I believe like this is a extreme example of discrimination on area of these unscrupulous house directors. I just use a vaporizer inside of our unit as well as provide the middle finger to the house directors in passing. I unquestionably do not care what they have to say as well as I hadbe willing to take them to court if they ever threaten to throw myself and others out over our medicine. I am not a recreational cannabis user, I use marijuana for medical purposes. It’s pure discrimination to forestimate myself and others from using it in our unit.
