Last weekend it was especially cold, wet, plus raining.

• I absolutely don’t love the rain much at all.

The frosty air plus water makes me feel unbearably cold, however even when it’s the warm season plus it’s raining, I love to use that oil heating equipment at my property. My bestie thinks it’s deranged when she has the a/c equipment running plus I still use the space heater, but I guess that is just a certain part about living in this tropical environment. Things have been considerably better around these parts since marijuana was legalized. There’s a pretty good amount of currency for repairs on infrastructure plus roads. They recently replaced the bridge that has been in horrible shape for at least 10 years. Every time I had to go all the way across the bridge, I was sad that I was going to fall into the ravine. I have to cross the bridge more often than I like, because I toil as a delivery driver for a marijuana dispensary. The marijuana dispensary is open 7 mornings every single week rain or shine. My good friends and I don’t even close on Christmas, New Year’s or any other federal holidays. The new bridge makes it much safer to cross the ravine, however it doesn’t help me find addresses very fast! Last weekend, I couldn’t find an apartment address plus I was up in the hills. I don’t actually appreciate going up to the hills to make a delivery. They all tip fairly good though, however the roads are so crappy. I had one bar of cell phone signal plus after that I didn’t have any bars in the least. I was driving all up plus down the mountain in a good attempt to find the delivery address plus it was raining plus muddy.

I honestly have no issue whatsoever with people that use recreational or medical marijuana, but I really don’t love the scent! It irritates my throat plus my nostrils plus makes me sneeze a good amount.

The guy sits outside on the balcony of his apartment plus smokes weed for the course of the day. I honestly don’t fully understand how this guy gets anything taken care of… He absolutely smokes as much weed as Snoop dogg, however when I go outside on my porch, all I can smell is marijuana. I tried to say something to that manager of the apartment building, but she basically just told me that the guy pays rent for the whole space plus he is totally entitled to use it. If the smell of marijuana makes me disappointed, I have to go inside. I don’t understand how he can use his space if it infringes on my right to use my space, however the rent here is extremely cheap so I don’t want to cause a bunch of drawbacks. The smell of marijuana still lingers inside of my place even if I have the doors entirely shut all day. I had to buy one of those overpriced air cleaning machines from the heating plus AC equipment provider. It wasn’t cheap either, but I can say that it completely works. When I run the air cleaning equipment I can hardly smell marijuana at all inside of my place even if the friend is outside smoking a good amount on the porch.

There are a lot of people that break the rules of my apartment complex.

For instance we’re not supposed to have grills of any kind on our balconies or inside of our units.

The mindset is that a grill, whether it’s charcoal or gas, can lead to a serious fire in a multi-story building. I took this for granted when I lived in a dorm room in college. I even had a charcoal grill that I used a couple times despite the rules from the school’s administration. But now that I live in an apartment complex, I realize that it just takes one bad actor to burn down the entire place. Even if we managed to all get out alive, we would all lose our entire lives to one stupid and avoidable mistake. So in that respect, I understand that’s why they don’t want people to be using grills on their balconies. However, if you’re going to allow people to smoke cigarettes on their balconies, it makes absolutely no sense to forbid people from using medical cannabis. There are stupid rules in the bylaws for the apartment complex that make it illegal to smoke marijuana in your room or on your balcony even if you have a medical cannabis card registered with the state. I feel like this is a serious example of discrimination on part of these unscrupulous apartment managers. I just use a vaporizer inside of my unit and give the middle finger to the apartment managers in passing. I really don’t care what they have to say and I’d be willing to take them to court if they ever threaten to throw me out over my medicine. I’m not a recreational cannabis user, I use marijuana for medical purposes. It’s pure discrimination to forbid me from using it in my unit.

I haven’t been able to take a vacation for a number of years now. Having the responsibilities of a caregiver for a disabled family member makes it hard to get out and do things. I have to have someone come in and fill in for me if I want to go on an actual vacation. Well it can be really hard living life as a caregiver, I can’t say I completely regret it because I care about the person that I’m here for. If it wasn’t for me, they would be in a facility somewhere where they would be miserable and not living a life in their home. It’s hard sometimes, especially when you see years of your life dwindling by you, but you have to make the best of it. And that’s why I’m trying to plan a short vacation for myself next month. I have a family member who agreed to come in and fill my responsibilities for me so I can go on a short vacation for myself. I decided that I want to go to a place where recreational cannabis is legal. I don’t like having to buy cannabis on the black market in my state and would love to go on a cannabis vacation. I would love to be able to book a comfortable hotel room where I can use a cannabis vaporizer to get stone for a good long weekend. I can go to a bunch of really nice cannabis dispensaries and try their top shelf cannabis flower products. I also would love to get back into cannabis concentrates again and try some live rosin. The live rosin in my state is sketchy because it’s from the black market.
