The infused pre rolls were on sale last week

Last week I got paid and I decided to order some supplies from the recreational and medical marijuana shop.

  • I went to the website to see what kind of products they had available on sale.

They had a couple of different types of marijuana flower that were priced low and they also had some cannabis concentrates that were on sale. All of the infused pre-rolls were on sale that day. The infused pre-roll singles and all of the infused pre-roll packs were on sale. They were 20% off and that is a pretty big savings, so I decided to grab a couple of items. I picked out an infused marijuana pre-roll that had bubble hash, marijuana kief, and top shelf flower. It was rolled in terpenes and flavonoids and there was marijuana flower on the outside of the joint as well. I picked out a flavored infused marijuana pre-roll that was grapes. I waited until I got home to try the marijuana pre-roll. It was pretty high in total cannabinoids and I did not want to drive after smoking it. I sat outside on the front porch with a glass of sweet tea and the joint. I barely made it through half of the joint before I had to put it out in the ashtray. It was a lot more powerful than I expected and I was high off of a half of a joint. It usually takes a whole joint for me to feel any effects and sometimes I will even smoke a second joint if the flower isn’t very good. For the price that I paid, I would say this was a really good deal.

Marijuana business

I ordered marijuana and had it delivered to my house

These days, you can have almost anything delivered right to your home.

If you want to pay the right price, you can get anything at all on the internet.

Since the pandemic, delivery services are at an all-time high. Restaurants, grocery stores, and bars did not have to offer delivery services in the past in order to compete with other places. That changed a great deal when the pandemic hit, because suddenly everyone had to offer delivery services in order to compete. We never had marijuana delivery services until just recently. Marijuana delivery services were only available if you lived outside of the regular delivery zone and then only if you ordered more than $200 worth of items. When the pandemic began, almost every single marijuana dispensary in the area started offering delivery services. Most of those places offered delivery services for no fee at all. I remember the first time that I ordered marijuana and had it delivered to my house. I thought my neighbors were going to know that I had a medical marijuana card, but the driver showed up just like he was there to deliver pizza. He pulled into the driveway and brought the bag up to the house. The transaction was actually relatively easy without any problems at all. I paid for all of the items and the driver took a picture of my license. It took about 5 minutes or less to complete the entire transaction. It’s much more convenient to be able to order marijuana and have it delivered right to your front door.

The good old days before cannabis was legal

He simply could not compete with all the fresh competition in the cannabis industry, so after that he only bought weed for himself.

As much as I enjoy the convenience of the dispensary, I sort of miss the old “Wild West” days of getting high. Three years ago the citizens of this state voted to legalize medical marijuana, and the following year they voted to legalize recreational use as well. Before then, I always bought my stuff from Mike, an old friend of mine from high school. Mike treated pot like a business, and was offering home delivery long before the dispensary came around. Mike never had a wide array of inventory but his prices were good and he respected the client-dealer relationship. The cannabis dispensary is really amazing, with hundreds of different products, but I still find myself missing Mike. If I ran out of cannabis two days before payday, Mike would front me a bag to tide me over. You think the corporate cannabis dispensary will ever do something like that? Nope, never in a million years. Once cannabis was legalized and the dispensaries opened, Mike went out of business. He simply could not compete with all the fresh competition in the cannabis industry, so after that he only bought weed for himself. A few weeks ago I actually ran into Mike at the cannabis dispensary, and we caught up on old times. I bemoaned the fact that he was no longer selling cannabis, but he said “I might be doing it again.” I thought that meant he would start selling cannabis again. Instead, it turns out that he was at the cannabis dispensary to apply for a job as a budtender, which broke my heart a little bit.

Taking edibles at a Disney theme park

Without edibles, this last trip to the Disney theme park would have been a disaster.

In general I avoid the major theme parks, because I don’t like being around so many loud and rude people.

I enjoy rides and roller coasters as much as anyone else, but why should I pay $100 just to stand in line all day? Also, they charge ten dollars a beer in the theme parks, which means I am not rich enough to get drunk. If I am going to spend a full day at a Disney theme park, I need to be stoned, which is why the cannabis edibles came in clutch. Unlike smoking cannabis flower, the edibles leave no telltale signs of being stoned. I didn’t reek of cannabis smoke, nor did I have red-rimmed eyes. My friend Ben had a little baggy filled with cannabis gummies, and we both scarfed down a few of them in the parking lot. An hour later I was feeling good, but also feeling a little strange. Ben confessed that the baggie he used to store the cannabis edibles had also been used to store some magic mushrooms. Although I didn’t eat any of the mushrooms, the cannabis gummies had been in the same bag, so there was some transfer. I wasn’t exactly tripping balls out there, but I was feeling something a lot more potent than cannabis. Cannabis edibles relax my body and put me in a nice chill state of mind, but on this day I was tweaking, and seeing additional colors in the bright lights of the park.

Changing to a cannabis oil

I used to be all about the flower form of cannabis.

For my anxiety I figured that was best.

I would sometimes roll a joint, pack a bowl or the occasional hookah. I liked that it was a process to smoking. I liked the variety flower offered in the way of flavor, mouth feel and smell. I then got sick of all the work involved. I didn’t like that it wasn’t exactly portable either. The worst was the smell. Everyone knew when I smoked. I am a medical weed patient, but I still got some bad looks from people. The odor hung around on my clothing, hair and skin. It wasn’t exactly professional or classy. When my medical weed card was ready to be renewed, I talked to my doctor about something other than flowers. He then gave me a script for oil form. The budtender at the meical weed sipsenary really hooked me up. He told me that the oil form was actually better for me since it burns away all the carcinogens. It also doesn’t create a smell that lingers on me. The oil form is easier to smoke as well. You just load the cartridge, press the button and it heats the oil. It is easy to load and change cartridges either. The oil form works just as well as the flower. I don’t get as much mouthfeel and taste, but that is okay. I am just relieved to have a product that is easy to use, discreet and works well for my issues.
