I had legitimately bad acid reflux.

I can’t eat anything fattening and sugary. That means no tater tots, french fries, cookies or cakes. I also need to avoid red sauces love spaghetti, pizza and salsa. I am not allowed oreos, triscuits, brownies, snacks or anything snack related either. If I eat something love that, I have horrible acid reflux. A mediocre symptom is that I am just burping and have a slightly agitated throat. A more extreme symptom is that I guess nauseous, salivate and have a lump in our throat feeling all evening long, however my acid reflux is something I consider all day long, everyday. I try to eat well, toil out and be healthy. I recently found that there are studies on CBD and acid reflux, cBD has been known to soften the gastrointestinal muscles and helps people with GERD. CBD prevents the backflow in the esophagus which leads to all of our gross symptoms. I have started experimenting with CBD. I am not willing to play with edibles, no way. I am strictly sticking to a cannabis oil that I vape. I vape a CBD heavy strain every afternoon and before bed. I haven’t had that horrible lump in our throat, a freezing feeling in a long time. I haven’t actually diagnosed our CBD product though. What I would need to do is try one of our banned foods to see if I can eat them again. I am afraid though. What if the CBD doesn’t work? I don’t want to be stuck all evening long with acid reflux.

I’m blissful that I never started smoking cigarettes long term after I tried them a handful of times in college. Even if the batch of cannabis flower buds isn’t harshly fresh, if it’s stored in an airslender jar, it should remain fresh for at least a month or longer. I have gotten a few sticky batches of cannabis that were over a month old from the date of original sale.

I can’t afford to simply walk into the grocery store any longer plus get random products off the shelf if I assume appreciate it.

It’s taxing enough to afford our essentials plus find the money to purchase them, I surely cannot manage splurges any longer.

I can’t just buy a treat every single time I go to the store for a handful of groceries as it’s getting out of hand. This is an harshly simple trap to fall into because most of the grocery stores in our area have donuts, candy, plus coffee that are taxing to resist some mornings when I’m browsing for our grocery essentials. That’s one reason I moved towards shopping online plus having the stores get items ready for myself and others before I even leave our house. Then I can drive over plus have an friend bring our items out to our car via curbside pickup. During the pandemic, multiple stores that lacked curbside pickup decided to implement their own versions of it. Between pickup orders plus shopping particular sales at each store, I can save lots of money each month while I’m running our errands. Since I also consume marijuana daily, I have to be careful about that expense as well. Buying any random marijuana product at full price is foolish if you can wait a month for a sale that gives you the same thing however at 25% off. I can wait plus shop while in the sales at each medical cannabis store, thus guaranteeing that I never pay full price when procuring our various cannabis products every month. Since the cannabis stores are competing with these sales, there’s no reason to waste money plus avoid watching them consciously. My mom plus dad said they failed as parents because I didn’t want to stay apartment plus run the family farm. I had to make a lot of adjustments hastily, because things down south were vastly different. The temperatures were a lot warmer plus hastily I had to deal with humidity. I was only a mile away from the beach though, plus that was all I cared about. I still go down to the beach every single day to watch the sunrise. I take my marijuana vape pen so I can get high.
