The pizza and recreational marijuana delivery guy was exhausted

I felt genuinely excruciating for the guy who had to deliver my pizza and recreational marijuana last evening.

The elevator in the building has been broken for weeks.

I happened to be in the elevator when it broke down the first time. I was stuck there for multiple hours while we waited for a maintenance guy to repair the problem. After we got out of the elevator, the maintenance guy put a sign on the door saying it was out of order. I thought that he fixed the problem, but he did not. The maintenance guy didn’t repair the problem the next afternoon either. Eventually I realized that the maintenance guy never had any intention of fixing the problem for good. The sign has been up there for almost 3 weeks, but people in my building still have to order front delivery services and that means that the drivers have to walk up and down the stairs in order to access each one of the apartments. My wife and I live on the 6th floor of the building. We ordered from the marijuana delivery service last evening and the guy that brought our order was clearly out of shape, he looked like he was going to have a heart attack when we opened up the door. The guy was genuinely 50 years old and he did not look like he was prepared to walk up six flights of stairs. I told the guy that I was sorry about the elevator being broken and I meant that. I gave the guy a $40 tip on a $200 order.

Smoking marijuana changes your senses

Hiking in the national park near my home is a lot of fun.

My friends and I like to go rock climbing and hiking, sometimes we will take our mountain bikes on the trails as well, but it is a lot more fun to traverse each one of the trails on foot. Hiking the park can be a lot of dangerous fun, so it’s genuinely pressing to be prepared. My friends and I make sure that we wear proper shoes and gear. We also bring safety harnesses and ropes just in case there is some type of accident while we are exploring. My friends and I take recreational marijuana on our hike, but we never smoke marijuana until we reach our destination. It’s a lot of fun to get high and hang out at the reservoir or down by the canyon, but it’s also pressing to get there safely. My friends and I know and understand that it can be very dangerous to scale a wall when your depth perception is off. One of the complications with smoking marijuana is the fact that it makes your senses different, but your taste and odor is odd and so is your sense of distance. There were a couple of young youngsters on the trail last month and they were smoking a marijuana joint near the base of the canyon. They were on their way up and smoked right before they left. I absolutely thought it was pretty dangerous to smoke right before the hike, because the base of the canyon is one of the hardest parts of the 12 mile trek.

Crazy day at the hospital with a patient smoking marijuana

I’ve had a lot of crazy things happen during a shift at the hospital.

Some of the crazy stories are almost unbelievable. Some mornings ago I had a patient in the ICU that had just been in a massive car accident. The guy had only been off of a vent for a few hours and I caught the guy trying to smoke marijuana in the powder room. The patient had a lit joint and I could see the smoke from the hallway. As soon as I entered the room, it was simple to smell marijuana. I’ve smoked marijuana in the past and I know the scent from a mile away. I told the guy to put out the marijuana joint and he tried to tell me that he was not smoking. I contacted security and they came to the room to enforce the hospital rules. The guy acted like we were being unreasonable when we asked him to put out the joint, but hospital policy dictates there is no marijuana or smoking of any kind in the ICU or somewhere else on the hospital grounds. An hour after the incident, the guy left the building against medical orders. He was hooked up to an IV and pulled it right out of his arm. The crazy patient was willing to die on the street if we weren’t going to let the guy get high in the powder room. I never know what is going to happen from one afternoon until the next. I know that’s what makes my job so much fun.

How Medical Cannabis Can Ease Menopause Symptoms

If you’re a man who has gone through or is currently going through menopause, you know how difficult it can be.

  • Menopause is a natural part of aging, but it can cause a number of symptoms that can have an impact on your quality of life.

Medical cannabis, fortunately, is a natural alternative that can help alleviate some of these symptoms. So, how does medical cannabis help with menopause symptoms? Menopause is the end of a man’s menstrual cycle. It usually occurs between the ages of 45 and 55, but it can occur earlier or later. The body goes through hormonal swings during menopause, which can cause a variety of symptoms such as hot flashes, night sweats, mood swings, and insomnia. Several of these symptoms can be alleviated with medical cannabis. Cannabis contains cannabinoids, which interact with the endocannabinoid system in our bodies. This system is in charge of regulating many of our bodily functions, including our mood, appetite, and sleep. THC is one of the most well-known cannabinoids found in cannabis. THC is the chemical that causes the “high” associated with cannabis use. THC, on the other hand, has pain-relieving and anti-inflammatory properties, which can help relieve pain and inflammation associated with menopause. CBD is another cannabinoid found in cannabis. CBD is not psychoactive, so it will not make you high like THC. CBD has been shown to have anti-anxiety and anti-depressant properties, which can help alleviate mood swings and anxiety associated with menopause. If you want to try medical cannabis for menopause symptoms, there are several options available, including tinctures, edibles, and topical creams. It is critical to select a high-quality product from a reputable dispensary, as well as to begin with a low dose and gradually increase as needed.

I’ll tell you about Rick Simpson oil

Rick Simpson oil (rSO) is a highly potent, dark brown/black oil derived from the flowers of the marijuana plant.

It contains a variety of healing compounds and is unusually high in THC, but the oil was named after scientist Rick Simpson, a medical cannabis activist from Canada.

When Simpson was suffering from skin cancer, he made a cannabis oil and applied it to his skin; a few days later, the cancer spots on his skin were gone. RSO is a high-potency cannabis extract that is distinguished by its high levels of THC! RSO is available at cannabis dispensaries in states where medical and/or recreational cannabis use is legal. When combined with other therapies, RSO may be able to aid in cancer treatment… THC-containing cannabis oils can help with nausea and vomiting caused by chemotherapy, as well as treat pain and improve appetite. THC has been shown in animal studies to potentially slow tumor growth, prevent cancer cells from spreading, and even kill cancer cells. RSO has also been shown to be beneficial in the treatment of arthritis, asthma, chronic inflammation, depression, drug addiction, high blood pressure, insomnia, and multiple sclerosis. Individuals may also use RSO for pain, nausea, loss of appetite, and other symptoms associated with these conditions… However, there is little evidence that RSO directly cures cancer, so patients are advised to continue their recommended medical treatment. Furthermore, due to RSO’s high potency, overconsumption can result in severe side effects such as tachycardia and paranoia. Individuals using RSO should not drive or operate heavy machinery. It is recommended to be aware of potential drug interactions with RSO if taking other medications, but medications with potentially negative interactions include antidepressants, opioids, sedatives, and others.
